Effective 29 October 2026
Acceptable use policy
These rules keep the program fair for members, associations and vendors. They form part of our terms of service.
Associations must not
- Give portal or admin access to people who aren't entitled to it
- Add people as members without the right to do so, or email members who haven't agreed
- Use member information for anything other than running their member program
- Copy or extract data except with the export tools we provide
- Resell MemberLoop, or present it as another company's product, without our written agreement
- Break privacy, anti-spam or consumer protection laws
Members must not
- Share their sign-in links or let others use their account
- Create accounts they aren't entitled to, or pretend to be someone else
- Make purchases they plan to cancel or return just to collect savings or commissions
- Use bots or scripts to open offers or collect data
- Post member-only offers or links publicly, unless the offer allows it
- Resell items bought at member prices as a business
No one may
- Try to get into accounts or data that aren't theirs, test our security without permission, or disrupt the service
- Upload anything unlawful or harmful, or anything they don't have the right to use
What we do about misuse
We may warn, suspend or close accounts that break these rules, reverse savings or commissions tied to misuse, and report fraud to the vendors, affiliate networks or authorities concerned. Where we can, we'll tell the association first.
Reporting a problem
Email info@memberloop.ca. If you're reporting a security issue, include enough detail for us to reproduce it, and give us reasonable time to fix it before sharing it.
