    You see your total savings, and part of what the vendor pays goes back to your association.

What we do (and don't do) with your data

Your data stays with your association. Here is exactly what MemberLoop does with it.

Your transactions
We track them only to credit your savings and pay your association.
Your email
We use it to sign you in and to send account emails, like purchase confirmations and your monthly savings summary. Your association may also send you news through MemberLoop.
Selling data
We never sell your data.
Sharing with vendors
We never give vendors your name or email. When you buy, you deal with the vendor directly, like any customer.
Marketing
Every newsletter and monthly summary has an unsubscribe link.

Common questions

How do I sign in?
Use the sign-in link your association sent you. Depending on your association, you sign in with its own login, or enter your email and we send you a secure sign-in link, with no password.
Do I need to create an account separately?
No. Your association sets up your membership. You just click the sign-in link and verify your email.
What if I'm a member of multiple associations?
Each association has its own portal, and you sign in to each one separately. Your savings are tracked for each association.
How do I see my savings?
Once signed in, your savings dashboard shows all confirmed, pending, and historical transactions.
What happens if a transaction doesn't track?
Some browsers and ad blockers can block purchase tracking. If a saving doesn't appear within 48 hours, contact your association or email info@memberloop.ca.
How do I unsubscribe from emails?
Every newsletter and monthly summary has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Emails about your account, like sign-in links and purchase confirmations, still arrive.
How do I delete my account?
Choose Delete my account on your account page, or email info@memberloop.ca. You have 14 days to change your mind, then your name, email and preferences are erased. Purchase and payout records are kept without your name or email, because accounting and tax law require them.

Is my association on MemberLoop?

Associations that choose to be listed appear when you sign in. Pick yours to reach your member benefits.
