Associations that use MemberLoop sign a short agreement with MemberLoop. Here's what it covers, in plain language.

Cost
Free. Your association pays no setup, subscription or per-member fees. Vendors pay a commission only when members buy.
Revenue share and payouts
Your association receives a share of the confirmed commissions from your members' purchases. The share is set in your agreement and can grow as your association promotes the program. We pay monthly through Stripe, with a statement each time; amounts under $50 roll over to the next month.
Your brand and your members
Members see your name and sign in with your login. You decide who has access, review the vendor list before launch and choose which offers to feature.
Member data
Your association controls its member information. We handle it on your behalf under Canadian privacy law, never sell it, and never give vendors members' names or email addresses. You can export your member list at any time.
Email to members
Emails to members go out under your association's name, only to members who have agreed to receive them. You're responsible for what you send.
Ending the agreement
Either side can end the agreement with 30 days' written notice. We pay the share earned up to the end date, and you can export your member list before access closes. After that, we delete your members' personal information and keep only the financial records the law requires.
Liability and governing law
Each side's liability is limited as described in our terms of service. The agreement is governed by Ontario law.
